After-sale service Product Return 

1. The product is a personal item. After the order is established and sent, no return or exchange will be accepted. 

2. After the goods are sent out, if there are any errors and flaws (small flaws in the texture of the pearl are not included), please notify us immediately after receiving the goods, and sent back the product photo. we will handle it for you immediately. 

3. The exchange is limited to the size/color of the same item in stock, and the style of the item cannot be changed. 

4. If there are too many exchanges due to personal reason, C.P.jewellery will depend on the situation to suspend customer shipment.
